New bag

Now the warmer weather is here and I'm not wearing a coat all the time I need a bag to carry my phone, purse and keys.
I have cut up an old pair of jeans, sheet and a delicious piece of park slope by Erin mcMorris. A bit of reverse appliqué which I may add a bit of hand stitching to.....

How do you quilt the "wonky"?

This is my second attempt - I started Sunday with pebbles in a variegated thread which I then ripped out yesterday evening.
This I like!

More improv piecing....

It might not look like much but this took over 2 hours, apparently random and wonky are much harder when you set out to do them deliberately!

Cushion panel?

I won a copy of quilting modern by jacquie gering and Katie pedersen last year. I have often taken it out and looked through it. Today I started a cushion panel inspired by their winging it pillow......

Clock finished!

Took me a lot longer than I anticipated, but finally, it is finished! Now to get it properly hung on the wall....
